Plumbing

Unitas provides clients with engineering expertise for the planning and design of plumbing building systems including water supply, drainage, and stormwater drainage.  Unitas has experience designing plumbing systems for highly sensitive University laboratories as well as more standard systems in single family homes. We provide all of our plumbing solutions with the health, hygiene, and well being of the end tenant in mind to conveniently deliver and dispose of the various fluids and fuels in any building system.

Fire Protection

Unitas performs fire protection engineering services by assisting architects to identify risks and design safeguards that aid in preventing, controlling, and mitigating the effects of fires within the built environment. Our design solutions can include wet, dry, and chemical systems that can integrate directly with the usage for any space within a building.

Commissioning & Facility Assessments

Unitas commits to ensuring that all systems are not only designed well but also are constructed well and function properly.  We observe building symptoms to diagnose problems and provide thoughtfully considered solutions for all engineered systems within existing buildings.
