The Refinery is a 17,000 square foot 12-unit mixed use multifamily building in the Olde Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. Unitas was hired to work hand in hand with the rest of the development team in order to design the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems within the building.
