District at Ocean Smoothie Bar Fit-Out involved the expansion of food and beverage offerings within the Ocean Casino Resort through the conversion of existing tenant spaces into a new smoothie bar concept. The project included the renovation of approximately 1,025 square feet of former café storefront space into a smoothie bar, along with the conversion of an adjacent 890-square-foot restroom area on the sixth floor into a dedicated remote cold kitchen. Unitas Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for both spaces, delivering permit-ready construction documents for the tenant fit-out. The design coordinated with existing building infrastructure and distribution systems to support the new programming while maintaining the integrity of the resort’s core and shell systems.
