Tacconelli’s hired Unitas to work hand in and with the rest of the
development team comprised of the general contractor, food service designer, and architect to develop
the HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing design of the 5,000 square foot Italian restaurant inclusive of the
kitchen systems.
