Tacconelli’s Pizzeria

Tacconelli’s Pizzeria Renovation involved the renovation of an existing approximately 6,000-square-foot commercial space to support a new family-run pizzeria. Unitas Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services, coordinating closely with a food and beverage consultant responsible for kitchen equipment selection and utility rough-ins. The design incorporated multiple gas-fired rooftop units, a dedicated kitchen make-up air unit, split-system heat pumps, and exhaust systems designed to mitigate heat and grease from commercial cooking operations. The completed design delivered permit-ready construction documents supporting efficient kitchen operations and a comfortable dining environment.
