St. Margaret’s School Gymnasium HVAC Upgrade involved the design of new forced-air heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for an existing 6,000-square-foot gymnasium at St. Margaret’s School in Narberth, Pennsylvania. The gymnasium serves as the school’s basketball court, auditorium stage, and primary assembly space with an occupancy of approximately 260 students and staff. Unitas Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (natural gas) engineering services to support year-round climate control, including verification of existing electrical and natural gas service capacity. The project delivered permit-ready construction documents while leveraging existing building utilities to meet the school’s operational needs.
