Silvercare Nursing and Rehabilitation involves HVAC engineering services in support of the renovation of a subacute care medical facility providing adult day care, therapy, and residential services. The project focuses on the complete design and fit-out of new HVAC systems serving the third and fourth floors of the existing multi-story building.
Engineering services include the design of HVAC systems to provide code-compliant outside air delivery, exhaust, temperature control, and humidity control for patient rooms and associated support spaces in compliance with AHRAE 170. The scope is limited to HVAC systems within the renovated floors. All systems are engineered to meet healthcare facility performance requirements and applicable codes.
