Penn Cinema Renovation involved the modernization of a 50,000-square-foot, 2,200-seat movie theater in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The project included the renovation of approximately 5,500 square feet of existing vestibule, lobby, kitchen, and concession areas to support a new full-service bar, beer wall, and upgraded food service operations. Unitas Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm design services for the tenant fit-out, coordinating with a food and beverage consultant responsible for kitchen equipment and utility rough-ins. The design leveraged existing building utilities and rooftop equipment where feasible, while introducing new HVAC systems to serve the renovated vestibule area. Permit-ready construction documents were delivered to support phased construction within an active theater environment.
