NRG – Springfield, NJ involved MEP engineering services for a privately owned indoor family entertainment center offering athletic facilities such as trampolines, dodgeball, basketball, laser tag, jungle gyms, and other physical activities. The project entailed the renovation of roughly 37,000 SF of existing retail space, previously a Christmas tree store, into a trampoline park.

The renovated facility included a grab-and-go snack bar with concessions. Food service design included warming stations and general concessions. The design reused existing MEP infrastructure where feasible, including electrical, domestic water, sanitary, and natural gas systems, to support the new tenant space. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm permit documents were prepared to support construction of the tenant fit-out.
