NOAA Coral Laboratory – involved the investigation, documentation, and reconfiguration of existing conditions to support the conversion of OCED workshop and office space into a new Coral Laboratory. Unitas Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm engineering services to accommodate the updated laboratory programming, including coordinated system relocations within the existing building infrastructure. The project leveraged existing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety capacities without modification to core building systems, delivering construction-ready documentation to support the laboratory build-out.
