Image Studios Salon Fit-Out involved the renovation of approximately 6,000 square feet of vacant retail space in Marietta, Georgia, into a multi-suite hair salon concept featuring individual, double, and esthetic studios for independent stylists. Unitas Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm engineering services, designing the tenant fit-out while leveraging existing building utilities and infrastructure where feasible.
