Flagship Cinemas Expansion involved the renovation of approximately 6,000 square feet of existing space in Palmyra to support a new 179-seat movie theater and an adjacent private party room. The project converted roughly 5,000 square feet of former warehouse space into a dedicated theater and transformed an existing 1,000-square-foot administrative area into an event-focused amenity. Unitas Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and fire protection engineering services for the renovated spaces, delivering permit-ready construction documents for the fit-out. The design incorporated new, independent HVAC systems dedicated to the theater and party room while coordinating with existing building utilities and life safety infrastructure sized to support the expansion.
