Christian Life Academy Campus Expansion – involved the design of a new two-story, approximately 18,500-square-foot classroom building as part of a multi-phase campus expansion. The standalone facility includes classrooms, administrative offices, a lounge, restrooms, a media and study center, and an elevator. Unitas Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm engineering services for Phase 1, delivering permit-ready construction documents coordinated with new utility services sized to support the building’s operational needs.
