Change 4a Dollar Daycare (C4D) is a Delaware nonprofit organization that offers youth development through academic and extracurricular programs. This project entails taking an existing 5,000 square foot Church, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, and converting it to a (6) classroom daycare. The Daycare will have (6) classrooms as well as breakrooms, restrooms, and kitchen for the staff and students. Unitas provided C4D with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection permit and construction plans for this project.
