Big Air Trampoline Par involved the renovation of approximately 30,000 square feet of existing retail space in Pennsville, New Jersey, into a full-service indoor athletic and recreation facility. The project included activity areas for trampolines, dodgeball, basketball, and other attractions, as well as a grab-and-go snack bar with limited concession operations. Unitas Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm engineering services, designing the tenant fit-out while reusing existing MEP infrastructure where feasible. Permit-ready construction documents were delivered to support the facility’s operational and safety requirements.
