3026–30 N. Broad Street Mixed-Use Residential involved the design of a new five-story mixed-use multifamily building in North Philadelphia comprising approximately 20,200 square feet of occupiable space. The slab-on-grade development includes 30 residential units consisting of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. The ground floor incorporates an open-air parking garage with ten spaces along with resident amenity areas, including storage, trash, mail, and fitness spaces. Unitas Engineering provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire protection engineering services, delivering permit-ready construction documents to support owner-operated residential use.
