225 Quarry Street involved the conversion of an existing surface parking lot associated with a historic five-story building into a new multifamily residential development in Philadelphia’s Old City neighborhood. The project delivered a new building with up to six stories above grade, an underground 12-car parking garage, a shared elevator, mail facilities, and multiple roof decks, including a common occupiable roof deck and private terraces. The approximately 25,600-square-foot building includes a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominium units. Unitas Engineering provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire protection engineering services, delivering permit-ready construction documents to support condominium sales and occupancy.
