Front St. is a mixed-use multi-family new construction development in the Norris Square neighborhood of Philadelphia. The proposed building is approximately 15,500 square feet in size inclusive of 6 stories (above grade), 10 residential apartments, a first-floor commercial space, and a basement utility/storage space. Unitas provided the client with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection permit and construction plans for this project.
