N. 53rd St. is a 96 unit 110,000+ square foot mixed use multifamily building in Philadelphia. The building houses common spaces inclusive of a parking structure, yoga studio, commercial space, gym space, media room, golf simulator, amenity roof deck, and administrative office space. Unitas was hired as a consultant to assist in the feasibility and schematic design process for this building. Unitas brought a focus on MEPFP infrastructure design helping shape the building usage and layout.
