151 N. 3rd Street Historic Adaptive Reuse involved the renovation and adaptive reuse of a historic mixed-use multifamily building in Philadelphia’s Old City neighborhood. The five-story, approximately 8,850-square-foot building includes a finished basement, ground-floor commercial space, and a mix of residential units, including two two-bedroom apartments and a bi-level three-bedroom residence with a private rooftop deck. The project incorporated building amenities such as an elevator, tenant storage, mail facilities, and shared amenity space. Unitas Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm engineering services, delivering permit-ready construction documents while coordinating utility infrastructure to support the renovated residential and commercial components.
