The building is configured with a one-story podium and five stories of fire-retardant-treated wood framing above, with limited amenity spaces and on-site parking. Unitas Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm engineering services, delivering permit-ready construction documents to support owner-operated residential use.
